Delinea launches partner program, recruits industry experts
Thu, 18th Jan 2024

Delinea, a leading provider of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, has launched a comprehensive partner programme designed to provide benefits, resources, and growth opportunities suited to partners' business and market requirements. Delinea has recruited industry expert Miles Rippon as VP of Channel, International, to help guide the new programme and develop Delinea's global partner ecosystem, whilst promoting Kara Trovato to VP of Channel, Americas.

The newly announced Delinea Partner Program offers four tiers: Entry, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier features varying requirements and benefits, catering to all partnership types. The programme also includes mechanisms that will support business growth, ensure security, and offer predictable financial incentives and rewards. Delinea's new initiative aims to improve PAM practices within partners’ businesses, demonstrating the company's commitment to achieving shared goals.

Tim Puccio, Senior Vice President Global Channels and Alliances at Delinea, commented: “The new Delinea Partner Program creates a global, unified approach to support different business and engagement models, increase sales, and boost enablement.” He added, “We consider our partners as part of the Delinea team, and we are making significant investments to better respond to their business needs and help ensure their success.”

The Delinea Partner Program requirements are based on the size of the PAM practice within a partner’s business and the minimum number of PAM-certified pre-sales and sales professionals. The programme benefits include financial incentives, marketing support, training and enablement, and hands-on involvement in customer opportunities. As their PAM business grows, Delinea partners can continue to advance through the program tiers, with opportunities for greater rewards and support as their requirements evolve.

Designed with flexibility in mind, this new program suits various partner business models, from those who resell, refer or offer services, to managed services, including resellers, global system integrators (GSIs), and managed service providers (MSP/MSSPs). Marko Lindstedt, Sales Director, Ignition Technology NEUR, praised the program saying, “Enablement of our team, collaboration on marketing programs and hands-on involvement in customer opportunities is critical to our business objectives – and Delinea’s program delivers that.”

The company announced that Kara Trovato, the promoted VP of Channel Americas, will pioneer the programme and bolster the partner ecosystem in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. As an integral part of the company's team for over seven years, Mrs Trovato has cultivated and led many important partner relationships within these regions. Miles Rippon, the newly appointed VP of Channel, International, brings with him 20 years of experience and will tackle the responsibility of driving the broader partner ecosystem’s success and leading the channel teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr Puccio expressed his enthusiasm about their appointments, stating, "I am delighted to have Kara and Miles at the helm of our regional channel organisations. Their leadership skills, expertise, and dedication will be instrumental to the new Delinea Partner Program's success, and nurturing and expanding our global ecosystem." This new programme is another step forward in Delinea’s drive to deliver improved access management solutions for its partners worldwide.
