Salesforce has launched SMB Growth Kit for small and medium-sized businesses in India. The package combines Agentforce Sales, Slack and Tableau in a single offering.

Available through selected reseller partners in India, it is aimed at companies looking to replace separate business tools with one system.

The package includes structured onboarding, hands-on setup and post-deployment support. Businesses are expected to go live within four to six weeks of starting implementation.

The launch targets a part of the Indian market where many companies still rely on spreadsheets, manual updates and separate applications to manage sales, internal communication and reporting. Salesforce is positioning the bundle as a way to bring customer records, team discussions and business data into one environment.

Agentforce Sales serves as the sales management element of the offer, giving businesses a real-time view of leads, opportunities and pipeline. It also includes automated lead assignment, workflow automation and mobile access.

The package also includes AI-based functions such as opportunity scoring, forecasting and recommendations. These features are designed to help smaller teams focus on sales opportunities without needing specialist technical staff.

Slack provides the collaboration layer. The messaging platform is intended to support communication across sales, customer support, human resources, information technology and operations, as well as with external parties.

That focus on collaboration reflects a common reality in smaller businesses, where staff often manage several roles at once. In such organisations, reducing the time spent switching between tools or chasing internal updates can directly improve day-to-day productivity.

Tableau provides the analytics component. Founders and business leaders will be able to track pipeline health, revenue trends and broader business performance through live dashboards designed for mobile as well as desktop use.

Its drag-and-drop interface is intended to make data analysis accessible to non-specialist users. Native links with Salesforce data are designed to give companies direct visibility into sales performance without building separate data systems.

India focus

The launch underlines Salesforce's push into India's small and medium business market, where interest in AI tools has grown but adoption remains uneven. For many companies in the segment, fragmented data and disconnected workflows remain barriers to putting newer software into regular use.

Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director, Salesforce India, made that case in comments accompanying the launch. "India's SMBs are moving quickly toward AI, but ambition alone is not enough. Many businesses are investing in AI, but far fewer have implemented it because their customer data, team conversations and business insights are still scattered. SMB Growth Kit gives growing businesses one connected system where sales activity, team conversations and live insights work together - helping teams act with more confidence, fewer blind spots and less guesswork," said Chowhan.

Salesforce is also presenting the product as a practical route into AI-based software rather than a large-scale transformation project. By bundling sales management, communication and analytics into one offer, it is seeking to reduce the integration work that smaller firms often struggle to fund or manage internally.

Swaroop Kaja, RVP - Sales, Salesforce India, described the package in operational terms. "We launched SMB Growth Kit to give growing businesses one connected way to run sales, collaborate on deals and understand business performance in real time. With Agentforce Sales, Slack and Tableau working together, teams can spend less time chasing updates and more time moving customers forward. That is the immediate value: clearer pipeline, faster decisions and fewer blind spots. As these businesses grow, that connected data foundation also gives them a stronger base for using AI in ways that are trusted, useful and grounded in the reality of their business," said Kaja.

Partner model

The offer will be delivered through selected reseller partners across India. The approach suggests Salesforce is relying on partner networks to reach smaller customers that may want more direct assistance during setup and early use than larger corporate buyers.

For Salesforce, the launch also brings together three established products in a more clearly defined package for a specific market segment. Rather than asking smaller businesses to assemble their own mix of software, it is offering a preset combination built around sales management, collaboration and reporting, with support included and a stated deployment window of four to six weeks.
