Omega Healthcare wins UiPath AI25 Award for innovation

Omega Healthcare has been recognised with a UiPath AI25 Award for its use of AI and automation in enhancing its operations.

Omega Healthcare was named a UiPath AI25 Award Winner during the annual UiPath FORWARD event, which acknowledges 25 innovative UiPath customers using AI and automation to drive significant outcomes. The company holds this recognition after being an inaugural AI10 Award Winner last year.

Furthermore, Omega Healthcare claims these efficiencies have led to a 50% reduction in turnaround time and a process accuracy of 99.5%, yielding a 30% return on investment within the first year.

The company intends to use the UiPath AI Trust Layer to develop custom AI/ML models to further optimise its automation processes.

The UiPath AI25 Awards celebrate customers employing AI and automation to enhance productivity, transform experiences, deliver significant return on investment, and support corporate and social initiatives.
