ControlUp announces Drive DX programme, new appointment
The industry leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management, ControlUp, has announced an upgraded global channel partner programme entitled 'Drive DX'. The three-tier programme, which is designed to align with the company's channel-first strategy, rewards competency, performance and engagement for partners on a worldwide scale, with the objective of fostering robust DEX businesses via the leading platform. This platform seeks to advance business productivity by allowing analysis, automation and enhancement of secure DEX. Along with the launch of the Drive DX partner programme, ControlUp has appointed seasoned Citrix sales leader Julia Scully as Head of Global Channel.
Jed Ayres, CEO of ControlUp, commented: "Channel partners are a central component of ControlUp's growth strategy and we have expanded our Drive DX partner programme to empower their success. We're investing millions to make ControlUp a channel-first company with an inspired partner programme that creates both the alignment and accountability that will accelerate adoption of ControlUp's DEX platform. Julia's depth of experience and track record for driving sales growth through partnerships will bring the guidance we need to bring our programme to life."
The new Drive DX partner programme offers various benefits to partners across three different levels – Foundation, Advanced and Elite. All partners, who qualify, receive partner portal access, training programmes and discounts. Advanced and Elite partners qualify for added 90-day lead protection and advisory reward compensation. Further programme benefits include enhanced sales and technical training via the new ControlUp Academy, joint marketing campaigns, co-branded product literature, as well as expanded programs for joint case studies to augment marketing capabilities for programme members.
As the newly appointed Head of Global Channel for ControlUp, Scully will take charge of the Drive DX programme. She will collaborate with partners to enhance customer experiences and hasten ControlUp DEX adoption. Scully's prior accomplishments at Citrix, involving a remarkable 50% growth in channel contribution and sales within the commercial space, have been attributed to her strategic vision and hands-on approach. She was also instrumental in the development of robust partner playbooks and programs during her 13 years tenure at Citrix.
Speaking about her new role, Scully said: "Channel partners are now the centre of excellence for how you implement, build and support any technology in a cloud-first environment and ControlUp has the real-time visibility key to make this experience truly productive and meaningful. I am eager to create rapid momentum for our partner community as we deliver our Drive DX programme benefits to empower channel success."
Paul Kunze, CEO of IntraSystems LLC, acknowledged Scully's appointment, stating, "A revolutionary solution such as ControlUp requires a devoted partner champion. Julia Scully is the perfect person to lead the channel efforts for ControlUp."
Scully joins ControlUp this month and will be reporting to ControlUp Chief Revenue Officer Tom Holland.
