Consistent unveils IcePulse & HydroCool AIO coolers
Consistent Infosystems has expanded its PC components range with two all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU coolers: the IcePulse 240mm ARGB AIO Liquid Cooler and the HydroCool 360mm ARGB AIO Liquid Cooler.
Both models target gaming PCs and systems that run sustained workloads. Each combines a radiator and pump assembly with ARGB-lit PWM fans and supports mainstream Intel and AMD CPU platforms.
Two models
The IcePulse uses a 240mm radiator with two 120mm ARGB PWM fans. Consistent lists a cooling capacity of up to 240W, along with a 130L/H pump for coolant circulation and an operating noise level of 26.9 dBA.
The HydroCool is the larger option, with a 360mm radiator and three 120mm ARGB PWM fans. It is rated for up to 280W cooling capacity and uses the same 130L/H pump, with the same 26.9 dBA noise figure.
Both coolers support ARGB Sync, aiming to match lighting effects across a build with other compatible components such as case fans, memory modules, and graphics cards.
Cooling focus
The launch reflects a broader desktop PC trend: higher core-count CPUs and aggressive turbo behaviour have increased peak thermal loads. AIO liquid coolers have become a common option for users who want lower temperatures under sustained use and a cleaner internal layout than many large tower air coolers.
Consistent positions the models for different system tiers. The 240mm IcePulse is presented as a balanced option for high-performance processors, while the 360mm HydroCool is aimed at high-end builds and more demanding use cases.
Noise is also a key buying factor, particularly for creators and streamers who keep microphones close to their PC. The published 26.9 dBA figure suggests a focus on quiet operation, though real-world acoustics can vary based on case airflow, fan curves, and CPU load.
Market context
Consistent is best known in India for a broad catalogue spanning IT hardware, gaming products, networking and surveillance equipment, and print consumables. In recent years, it has expanded its PC hardware ecosystem, particularly in gaming-oriented categories where ARGB lighting is increasingly expected rather than a premium feature.
The company says the IcePulse and HydroCool address rising demand for thermal management as gaming and content-creation workloads grow heavier.
Mr. Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co-Founder of Consistent Infosystems, said: "As gaming, content creation, and high-performance computing continue to grow, efficient thermal management has become essential for system stability and longevity. Our IcePulse and HydroCool ARGB AIO Liquid Coolers are designed to deliver powerful cooling performance while adding vibrant aesthetics, enabling users to build high-performance systems that run efficiently even under demanding workloads."
Sales channel
The coolers will be sold through Consistent's channel partner network across India. The company's distribution and service footprint can be an advantage in categories where installation support and warranty handling influence purchasing decisions.
With IcePulse and HydroCool, Consistent adds radiator-based CPU cooling to a product catalogue that already spans multiple PC and consumer technology categories. Further expansion in components could intensify competition in India's cooler market, where buyers increasingly compare cooling capacity, noise claims, lighting compatibility, and platform support when choosing an AIO for a new build.
