AI&Beyond launches partner circle for enterprise AI
AI&Beyond has launched the AI&Beyond Partner Circle, a programme aimed at driving enterprise AI adoption through a network of senior professionals and advisers.
The Bengaluru-based company has structured the initiative as a curated partnership model rather than a conventional referral scheme. It is targeting former CXOs, independent consultants and boutique firms with established relationships with chief executives and leadership teams.
Under the model, partners will lead client engagements from the initial discussion to bringing AI&Beyond into the mandate, while AI&Beyond will handle delivery. Revenue from those engagements will be shared, with the arrangement designed for longer-term collaboration.
AI&Beyond is positioning the scheme around the view that companies need broader workforce familiarity with AI if investments in tools and systems are to translate into day-to-day use. The business focuses on AI literacy programmes for enterprises, including bootcamps, keynotes and advisory work for leadership teams.
Over the past 18 months, it has delivered customised AI literacy bootcamps to more than 45 enterprise customers. It also developed YUVA AI for All, an online AI literacy programme for the Government of India under the IndiaAI Mission.
Trust Model
The Partner Circle is intended to remain selective, with the emphasis on credibility and alignment rather than scale. That sets it apart from channel or lead-generation programmes that prioritise volume.
The approach reflects a broader shift in the AI services market, where many businesses are moving beyond experiments and asking how employees, managers and senior leaders should adapt their day-to-day work. In that environment, advisers with direct access to boardrooms and executive teams have become an increasingly important route for specialist firms seeking mandates.
AI&Beyond was founded by Jaspreet Bindra, Anuj Magazine and Archana Muthappa. Its central premise is that not everyone needs to build AI systems, but everyone in the workforce needs enough literacy to use AI effectively in routine work.
That argument has become more common as companies invest in AI software and automation projects but face slower adoption across teams. Training providers and consultancies have responded with programmes focused less on technical development and more on practical use, governance, decision-making and organisational readiness.
In India, demand has been reinforced by public and private sector efforts to widen AI awareness beyond specialist engineering roles. Programmes linked to the IndiaAI Mission have sought to broaden access to foundational AI knowledge, while private sector buyers are also assessing how to build confidence among employees who may use AI tools without designing them.
The new partner programme is aimed at people who see AI literacy as a business issue rather than a compliance requirement. AI&Beyond is also seeking partners who can engage senior leadership teams on AI readiness and organisational change.
"We believe the strongest enterprise relationships are built on trust that takes years to earn," said Jaspreet Bindra, co-founder and CEO of AI&Beyond.
He said the programme is designed to work with individuals who already have that trust and want to build alongside the company, not simply pass on leads.
"The AI&B Partner Circle is about working with individuals who already have that trust and want to build alongside us - not just pass leads, but shape outcomes. AI&Beyond is seeking partners who view AI literacy as a strategic business imperative rather than a compliance exercise, can engage meaningfully with senior leadership on AI readiness, and are motivated to co-create value in a rapidly evolving landscape," Bindra said.
