PureFacts and Innover Digital have formed a strategic partnership to apply artificial intelligence and automation to revenue operations in financial services.

The agreement links PureFacts' revenue management work for the investment industry with Innover Digital's engineering services in AI, analytics, and automation. Together, they will support financial institutions across revenue lifecycle processes that underpin fees, billing, and compensation.

Revenue operations have become a growing focus for asset and wealth managers amid margin pressure, shifting client expectations, and tighter scrutiny of charging practices. Firms have also been modernising data foundations and reporting as they expand the use of analytics across front-office and back-office functions.

Scope of work

PureFacts develops software used by investment firms to manage fees and billing, compensation, and related analytics. Innover Digital provides digital engineering and automation services. Under the partnership, the two will combine product and services capabilities to modernise financial data flows and introduce AI tools into operational processes.

The partners will focus on predictive and generative AI in areas that affect client engagement and wealth management processes. Delivery will also include data modernisation and cloud-native platforms, along with integrated analytics and automation for real-time business intelligence.

Revenue lifecycle projects often require consolidating data sources used for fee calculations, validating entitlements, and meeting internal governance requirements. Many firms also run multiple billing and compensation systems after years of acquisitions or product expansion. These environments can increase reconciliation work and make it harder to provide consistent reporting to clients and regulators.

PureFacts positions its technology around fee and compensation accuracy and transparency in how charges and payments are calculated. Innover Digital will focus on integrating with existing systems and delivering AI and automation services alongside data and platform changes.

"This partnership advances our vision for a smarter, more connected approach to revenue management," said Pete Hess, President, PureFacts. "PureFacts helps firms turn revenue operations into a strategic growth lever by bringing greater accuracy, transparency, and intelligence to the management of fees, compensation, and performance. Combined with Innover's digital innovation capabilities, we can help organizations modernize with confidence, harness AI responsibly, and create stronger business outcomes across the enterprise."

Market focus

The companies will take a joint approach to market activity in North America and Europe. They cited demand from financial and technology organisations for AI systems that meet security and ethical design requirements.

Financial services groups have increased their focus on how AI tools are designed, trained, and governed. This has put a premium on data lineage, model controls, and the ability to explain outputs in processes that affect client outcomes and financial reporting. These requirements often shape how quickly firms adopt new technology, particularly when workflows involve regulated advice, portfolio reporting, or client charging.

Founded in 2010, PureFacts focuses on revenue management for the investment industry and says it serves more than 140 clients with a combined USD $10 trillion in assets under management. Its software is used by six of the 10 largest wealth management firms across North America and Europe.

Innover Digital is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, and operates global delivery centres. It has worked with more than 65 Fortune 1000 organisations across its engineering services lines, including digital engineering, process engineering, and experience engineering.

"Our partnership with PureFacts aligns perfectly with our mission to fuel digital velocity for enterprises," said Amit Gautam, Co-founder & CEO, Innover Digital. "Together, we're pioneering AI-first solutions that bridge the gap between technological innovation and strategic impact-helping financial and technology leaders embrace the future confidently."
