Orient Technologies opens Turbe centre with AI-powered SOC & NOC

Orient Technologies has opened a new Service Delivery Centre (SDC) in Turbe, Navi Mumbai, which incorporates both a Network Operations Centre (NOC) and a Security Operations Centre (SOC). The facility reinforces the company's capacity to support enterprises with 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring, threat detection, and digital forensics services.

Operational features

The Turbe centre is equipped to deliver real-time monitoring, proactive threat identification, infrastructure performance management, and digital forensic services. Built with automation and high-availability architecture, it is designed to ensure that services remain uninterrupted and meet the requirements of sectors including BFSI, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, IT-enabled services, government, and large enterprises.

The centre houses specialist teams managing multi-vendor environments, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This infrastructure, the company states, is compliant with global standards, aiming to support business continuity and reduce downtime for its clients.

SOC partnership

Orient Technologies' SOC capabilities have been bolstered through a strategic partnership with Securonix. The integration of Securonix's Unified Defence Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), featuring agentic artificial intelligence, brings advanced analytics and machine learning-driven security intelligence to the facility.

This agreement comes as enterprises face more sophisticated cyber threats, including AI-powered attacks, while navigating increasingly complex regulatory frameworks and a tightening cybersecurity talent pool. The partnership is positioned to enhance threat detection, response, and investigation processes for managed security services clients across India.
