Online Instruments buys Level 3 Audiovisual in US push
Online Instruments has acquired Level 3 Audiovisual, a US-based audiovisual integration and engineering company, as it expands its operations in North America.
The buyer, which is headquartered in Bengaluru, said the deal establishes a direct operational presence in the United States. Online Instruments also said it expects the combination to strengthen its global delivery model across regions where it already operates, including India, the Middle East and parts of Asia.
Level 3 Audiovisual is based in Arizona. The company works in audiovisual integration, consultation and engineering for enterprise and commercial environments. Online Instruments described Level 3 Audiovisual as having expertise in global enterprise programme management and service delivery.
US presence
Online Instruments said the acquisition adds established technical teams and delivery processes in the United States. It also pointed to experience in the US enterprise audiovisual market.
The company said it already has operations across India, the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and the Philippines. It said Level 3 Audiovisual extends its footprint to the US and increases engineering capacity across the combined organisation.
Online Instruments also said the enlarged group will focus on consistency across regions. It positioned the transaction around standardised delivery across multiple geographies for multinational customers.

Operating model
Online Instruments said Level 3 Audiovisual will continue to operate under its current brand and leadership team. The acquirer said it plans to keep Level 3 Audiovisual's delivery processes and customer engagement model in place.
The companies have previously worked together on international engagements, according to Online Instruments. It said that work established a basis for closer integration and a unified operating approach.
The buyer also said the deal reflects alignment between the two businesses on engineering discipline and programme management. It described both organisations as taking an engineering-led approach to audiovisual integration.

Business scope
Online Instruments said it delivers end-to-end audiovisual solutions for enterprises. It said it works across corporate, manufacturing, aviation, banking, healthcare and retail sectors.
The company said its work spans design, engineering, project execution and service. It also cited content creation and manufacturing as part of its portfolio.
Level 3 Audiovisual said it focuses on enterprise and commercial environments. Online Instruments said the US company is known for design and technical precision.
Online Instruments said it sees growing demand for standardised audiovisual ecosystems for distributed operations. It said the acquisition increases its ability to deliver coordinated execution across regions while keeping local delivery in focus.
The company said it will integrate US and APAC strengths as part of a globally coordinated audiovisual integration platform built around engineering standards and execution discipline.
