Global digital business and IT services provider NTT DATA has been acknowledged as a Global Top Employer for 2024 by the reputable Top Employers Institute, which covers the areas of the Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America, including 29 countries.
This honour underlines NTT DATA's exceptional people-oriented policies and practices throughout the world. The company earned distinguished ratings for 'Talent Acquisition,' 'Career,' and 'Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion' by the Top Employers Institute, which examines HR best practices within businesses across the globe.
The Top Employers Institute programme approves organisations based on the participation and outcomes of their HR Best Practices Survey. In 2024, the institute certified more than 2,300 organisations in 122 countries/regions, including NTT DATA. The survey encompasses six HR domains comprising 20 topics: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
This year, NTT DATA was among only 17 companies to be recognised as a Global Top Employer. NTT DATA's CEO, Kaz Nishihata, expressed pride in the company's recognition as a Global Top Employer in 2024.
