ExtraHop announces newly created global partner programme
Wed, 10th Apr 2024

ExtraHop, known for cloud-native network detection and response (NDR), has announced its new global partner programme. The programme aims to optimise value and opportunities for partners working on modernising security infrastructures. Christine Camp, newly appointed Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales, made the announcement.

Having enjoyed a strong year in 2023 with an impressive US $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), largely enabled by strategic partnerships with key technology and channel partners, ExtraHop is poised for an even brighter future. Market spending on NDR is predicted to burgeon to US $2.64 billion by 2027, according to Gartner, indicating the growing demand for NDR services. This trend opens up significant potential for ExtraHop and its partners to expand innovative offerings, assisting customers in mitigating cyber risk.

Following an investment of $100 million from investors, ExtraHop is thoroughly committed to its partner-centric approach. The creation of the new programme aims to rejuvenate partner relationships with increased resources and support. Aiming for a seamless experience, partners and mutual customers will enjoy new pricing and discounts, a collaborative partner portal, an overhauled tiering system, complimentary training and enablement, and recognition and awards programmes, among other benefits.

Marc Andrews, ExtraHop's CRO, stated, "Partners are a foundational component of ExtraHops sales efforts, and a long-term investment in the channel is a primary scale vehicle as we expand our global footprint." He added that their new partner programme would provide an opportunity to satisfy the growing requirement for state-of-the-art network visibility solutions and enable customers to build resilience against advancing cyber threats.

Tim Hall, Director of Alliances at Blackwood, praised the ExtraHop partnership, saying it had been a "game-changer." He mentioned the ExtraHop team's effort to help customers fully comprehend the potential of their network data and expressed that he looks forward to the additional capabilities the new partner program will offer.

Leading the launch of the new partner program, Christine Camp, the new Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales, arrives at ExtraHop following more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology organisations. In her most recent role at Palo Alto Networks, she successfully launched two innovative partner programs and significantly increased revenue. Camp commended ExtraHop's revolutionary platform, saying it "can stop cyberattacks in a way other technologies can't," and asserted her conviction that NDR can drastically alter the landscape of enterprise cybersecurity.

ExtraHop’s partner-focused strategy was recently acknowledged by CRN with a prestigious 5-Star award in its 2024 Partner Program Guide and its inclusion in the Security 100 list. The firm was also a recipient of the 2023 Zero Trust Security Excellence Award presented by TMC, signifying it as a winner for many partners looking to boost their zero-trust offerings.
