AttackIQ and Trium Cyber partner to grow security solutions
AttackIQ has announced a partnership with Trium Cyber, aiming to enhance cybersecurity measures for policyholders.
The collaboration will include providing AttackIQ Flex to Trium Cyber policyholders as part of a suite of pre-incident solutions designed to elevate cybersecurity maturity and mitigate risk.
AttackIQ Flex is an on-demand, agentless service enabling organizations to emulate adversary behaviour through a user-friendly platform. This service delivers detailed performance metrics and mitigation strategies quickly, leveraging sophisticated adversary emulation software to replicate the tactics, techniques, and procedures used by real-world adversaries.
"Trium Cyber is a true innovator in the cyber insurance space," said Rupen Shah, Vice President of Business Development, Channels, and Alliances at AttackIQ.
"Their commitment to offering pre-incident services like AttackIQ Flex goes beyond the traditional model. It fosters a collaborative partnership with their insureds, empowering businesses to proactively strengthen their defences."
The partnership will also introduce free Flex credits to Trium Cyber policyholders, enabling them to conduct extensive testing across various business facets. This approach aims to eliminate the complexity and time constraints previously hindering comprehensive security testing.
CEO of Trium Cyber, Josh Ladeau, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. "We're committed to connecting our policyholders with best-in-class solutions to proactively manage their cyber risk," he said.
"AttackIQ stood out as an ideal partner due to their innovative Flex solution. Providing our insureds access to this industry-leading breach and attack simulation solution empowers our clients to continuously and efficiently test their defences and identify areas for improvement."
AttackIQ, known for its breach and attack simulation (BAS) solutions, developed the first Breach and Attack Simulation Platform for continuous security control validation.
The company is a founding research partner of the MITRE Engenuity Center for Threat-Informed Defense. AttackIQ's technology allows organizations to evaluate and improve their security measures, ensuring that they can intercept potential threats before any significant damage occurs.
Trium Cyber, a provider of cyber and technology errors and omissions insurance, writes policies on behalf of Trium Syndicate 1322. The company is backed by Pelican Ventures and other capital providers.
Its US-based management team offers technical underwriting, cyber risk management, and real-time loss mitigation services, underpinned by Lloyd's of London's A+ rated security.
The overarching goal of this partnership is to proactively support businesses in strengthening their cybersecurity efforts, thereby creating a more resilient cyber insurance ecosystem.
By combining resources, AttackIQ and Trium Cyber aim to offer innovative solutions that help policyholders manage their cyber risks more effectively. The collaborative efforts of both entities are expected to provide significant value to their clients by enhancing their defensive capabilities and reducing potential cyber threats.
