Astrikos.ai partners with UP 112 to enhance public safety with AI

Astrikos.ai has announced the implementation of its Intelligence Platform in Uttar Pradesh's UP 112, the world's largest Next-Generation Emergency Response Support System (ERSS). The initiative aims to revolutionise emergency response and public safety in the state by enhancing the system's efficiency and effectiveness through artificial intelligence (AI).

The Intelligence Platform by Astrikos.ai is designed to facilitate smarter, more efficient, and sustainable operations in urban environments, bolstering public safety and facility management. This platform was introduced during the second phase of UP 112, which was recently launched by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

The platform's deployment in Uttar Pradesh has several key objectives: data intelligence enhancement, crime anticipation, optimal resource deployment, incident trend and risk terrain modelling, emergency trend pattern analysis, and response time optimisation.

Uttar Pradesh is India's most populous state, with a population exceeding 270 million. The state is pioneering the Next Generation ERSS, known as Dial 112 or UP 112, which is a significant step forward in the development of emergency response systems in India. Astrikos.ai's platform aims to provide valuable insights to state administrators to manage emergencies effectively across various state departments. By focusing on data quality and crime anticipation, the platform helps optimise resource allocation and improve response times.
