CrowdStrike launches services partner programme for SIEM
CrowdStrike has announced the launch of its Services Partner Program to support the adoption of its Falcon Next-Gen Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform.
This initiative aims to equip global system integrators, managed service providers, and managed security service providers with the tools needed to implement CrowdStrike's Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, addressing the evolving cybersecurity landscape. Companies such as Deloitte, EY, and Wipro are among the prominent services partners who have joined this programme.
CrowdStrike's Chief Global Services Officer, Tom Etheridge, stated, "As all CrowdStrike customers are fully equipped to leverage the Next-Gen SIEM capabilities in the Falcon platform, the demand for our services partners to help transform existing SIEM deployments has never been higher. We are seizing this opportunity to create meaningful growth for our partners." He also noted that the programme allows partners to utilise Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and their expertise in security operations to achieve better security outcomes.
With increasing sophistication in cyberattacks, organisations often depend on services providers to transform technology into robust security operations. Legacy SIEM solutions have struggled to keep pace due to high costs, slow data processing, and complex workflows. The Falcon Next-Gen SIEM aims to address these issues with AI-driven automation and real-time threat intelligence, facilitating faster threat detection and response.
The programme offers incentives, training, and resources to its service partners, enabling them to optimise and operationalise the Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. It also includes an engagement framework designed to foster collaboration with CrowdStrike and enhance platform adoption while reducing operational overheads.
Matthew Ball, Chief Analyst at Canalys, highlighted the importance of the channel, saying, "The SIEM market is undergoing a massive transformation as businesses realize that legacy approaches can't keep up with the speed and sophistication of modern threats." He added that technologies like Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, combined with expert partner services, are crucial for enhancing visibility, detection, and response capabilities.
Supporting the focus on addressing the cybersecurity skills gap, Kurtis Armour, Vice President of Product Management at eSentire, remarked, "Legacy SIEMs can't keep up with today's fast-moving threat landscape—organizations need AI-powered security operations to stay ahead." He emphasised the benefits of integrating Falcon Next-Gen SIEM with eSentire's Managed Detection and Response services for comprehensive threat protection.
Tony Buffomante, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Services at Wipro, commented on the strategic partnership with CrowdStrike: "As organizations navigate the increasingly complex security landscape, managing data and real-time threat response remains a critical topic at the board level." He pointed out that the alliance empowers organisations to incorporate Falcon Next-Gen SIEM into wide-ranging security operations to improve visibility and efficiency.
