Crayon expands productivity portfolio in APAC with new partnerships
Global IT services and innovation company, Crayon, has announced the broadening of its productivity portfolio in the Asia Pacific region through a partnership with four major industry vendors - Zimbra, Swoosh, SigniFlow, and Access4. This advancement addresses the changes in the world of work brought about by increasing digital transformation and the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Rhonda Robati, EVP Asia Pacific at Crayon, commented on this significant step in the evolution of Crayon's services, saying, "The future of work has evolved, and our portfolio is advancing right along with it. By bringing these vendors into our portfolio, we're not just equipping partners with tools; we're enabling them to foster a connected and efficient workplace for their customers."
Zimbra, a leading platform in virtual collaboration, offers an end-to-end suite of advanced features for email, calendaring, and file sharing, along with real-time chat and video conferencing. These tools address the need for streamlined and effective communication among distributed teams that are increasingly working remotely. Swoosh, on the other hand, attends to the complexities associated with Microsoft 365 licensing and apps management, lending simplicity and transparency to the process. This technology was developed out of "a frustration with the constant issues and lack of support for apps in Microsoft 365 and maintaining too many Excel spreadsheets," according to Adam Clark, CEO at Swoosh.
As we see an increasing move towards digitalisation and away from paper-based processes in the business world, SigniFlow offers state-of-the-art Digital Signature and Document Automation technologies. This facilitates streamlined document management in today's digital-first work environment. On further prospects, David Saunders, Regional Director APAC said, "As we look ahead, we are excited about the prospect of expanding our presence in the Asia-Pacific region with Crayon. Together, we aspire to usher in a new era of digital transformation."
Access4, another new addition to Crayon's offering, allows Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT resellers to effectively provide Voice and Unified Communication Solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Ben Kelly, Head of Acquisition at Access4, spoke about the partnership with Crayon, saying, "Crayon's extensive experience in cloud technology and their commitment to providing excellent services to their partners make them the perfect fit for Access4."
Robati summed up Crayon's mission stating, "As the boundaries between office and home continue to blur, Crayon's new productivity stack promises to be a significant enabler to any kind of workplace. We will continue to work towards fostering a cutting-edge, tech-driven productivity ecosystem which our partners and their clients can benefit from."
