Tollring launches AI-powered recording for Microsoft Teams

Tue, 11th Jun 2024

Tollring, a developer of analytics software, has launched its new Analytics 365 AI-Powered Recording for Microsoft Teams. This latest offering has been made available on the Microsoft Azure and AppSource Marketplaces, completing Tollring's suite of workplace analytics tools, which also includes Call Analytics and Collaboration Analytics.

Analytics 365 AI-Powered Recording provides powerful compliant recording on Microsoft Teams, offering live transcription and automated AI-driven analysis. This enables businesses to gain deep insights into customer journeys, operational trends, and behavioural patterns, which can be leveraged to improve customer experiences. The service is available at a starting price of US$7 per recorded user, with advanced AI functionality priced at US$32 per recorded user.

With the inclusion of AI-Powered Recording, the Analytics 365 portfolio offers users a cohesive and intuitive visual interface that reveals trends and behaviour patterns across various types of communication on Microsoft Teams. This uniform user experience allows managers to easily understand and assess performance and productivity within their organisations. Additionally, the ability to compare real-time and historical data facilitates the identification of new strategies to enhance both operational performance and customer experiences.

Service providers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can benefit from the combined capabilities of the Analytics 365 suite through Microsoft’s marketplaces, their own marketplaces, or as part of their proprietary solutions. Tollring's analytics platform can be seamlessly integrated into Direct Routing and Operator Connect offerings, providing significant value while utilising the familiar interface of the company's traditional cloud-based analytics platforms.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, expressed his enthusiasm for the launch, stating, "Having all three Analytics 365 applications available in the Azure and AppSource marketplaces is a significant enabler for our customers and partners. The Analytics 365 suite allows organisations to completely transform end-to-end customer experiences and is very quick and easy to access. I am particularly thrilled to be introducing AI-Powered Recording to the suite since, although necessary for compliance, it offers new depths of insight that previously required manual human interaction. Insights on customer sentiment and behaviours can now be delivered quickly and at scale."

Matt Townend, Executive Director at Cavell Group, echoed this sentiment, noting, "Tollring’s latest initiative to offer AI-powered call recording represents a significant step forward in the capabilities now available to their end users and channel partners."

As more organisations turn to Microsoft Teams for their internal and external communications, Tollring's solutions offer insights into this environment. Whether addressing challenges related to employee wellbeing, performance, or customer experience, Analytics 365 aims to provide leaders across various business functions with tools to drive meaningful improvements in customer and employee experiences.
