Sophos launches 24/7 operational support to MSPs, partners

Global cybersecurity leader, Sophos, announced today a new expansion of its commitment to the channel with the introduction of Partner Care. This new offering in its global partner programme boasts a devoted team of Sophos experts providing 24/7 operational support and handling non-sales related enquiries.

Partner Care is designed to offer faster response times for Sophos partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) seeking assistance with administrative and operational tasks. This efficient support is expected to free up the partners and MSPs to place a sharper focus on customer relations, business growth, and delivering Sophos' portfolio of advanced managed services and endpoint, network, email, and cloud security solutions.

“Based on our decades of experience successfully supporting partners who sell to mid-market and small business organisations, we know that administrative and operational issues take away valuable time needed to build customer relationships, pursue prospects and close new business deals,” said Kendra Krause, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Small Business Sales at Sophos. Krause views Partner Care as reinforcing Sophos' strategy of being ‘channel-best’, offering partners conflicted-free revenue and profitability opportunities, comprehensive training and support, and advanced security solutions.

Partner Care also provides a single point of contact for activities such as quoting, portal navigation, addressing licensing queries, Not For Resale (NFR) requests, thus enhancing productivity for partners working with small and mid-market organisations.

Apart from Partner Care, Sophos is also augmenting its global partner program by adding a 5% reward on top of a deal registration discount offered to partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR). This offer stands till March 31, 2024.

Partner and MSP awareness is further cultivated by Sophos through real-time and historical threat intelligence provided by the Sophos X-Ops unit. This team comprises over 500 cybersecurity experts, who equip partners and MSPs with the understanding to address customers' concerns about the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.

Sophos continues to streamline varying technologies within customers’ environments by recently integrating Veeam into its Sophos MDR and XDR solutions.
