ServiceNow partners with NVIDIA, Siemens, & others on AI

Fri, 25th Oct 2024

ServiceNow has announced a series of new partnerships aimed at enhancing its technological offerings and expanding capabilities across various sectors.

ServiceNow is working alongside NVIDIA to develop native AI Agents within its platform using NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints. This collaboration is targeted at bolstering the adoption of Agentic AI across industries, specifically by providing AI-powered solutions starting with security vulnerability analysis. Customers such as American Honda, Siemens, and Visa are already experiencing improved productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction due to AI-driven workflows. ServiceNow highlighted the ease with which businesses could activate these AI agents, noting the companies' ability to utilise enhanced functionality without extensive integration efforts.

In another partnership, ServiceNow has teamed up with Siemens to enhance industrial cybersecurity and incorporate generative AI into shopfloor operations. The integration of Siemens' Sinec Security Guard and Industrial Copilot with ServiceNow's workflow automation is expected to improve factory efficiency, streamline operations, and fortify cybersecurity management. By enabling quicker decision-making and blending AI-driven insights, the collaboration is set to optimise manufacturing processes and establish new security and innovation benchmarks.

ServiceNow's collaboration with Pearson focuses on workforce development and enhancing employee experiences in the context of advancing AI technologies. The multi-year partnership aims to address the skills gap by researching the workforce impact of emerging technologies, integrating Pearson's Credly solution for skills tracking, and leveraging ServiceNow's AI-powered platform to enhance productivity and talent retention. Both companies are committed to preparing employees for future job demands and providing enriching learning experiences to empower both individuals and organisations in a dynamic work environment.

Furthermore, ServiceNow and Snowflake are jointly working on a new initiative called ServiceNow Data Fabric. This project is intended to offer a unified data integration layer that amalgamates business and technology data across enterprises, enabling real-time data accessibility for workflows and AI agents. The system provides customers with the ability to connect, interpret, and act on diverse data forms while minimising the complexity incurred by managing multiple systems. ServiceNow's Data Fabric intends to boost operational efficiency by facilitating Zero Copy integration, thereby allowing companies to harness enterprise-wide data for AI-driven insights and streamline data-driven decision-making.
