Media.Monks secures Gold Partner status with Optimizely

Media.Monks, the digital-first advertising and marketing services firm, has achieved Gold Partner status with Optimizely, one of the digital experience platform (DXP) providers. This achievement marks a significant milestone for Media.Monks in its quest for continued expansion and excellence in the digital experience space.

Optimizely offers an industry-first operating system for marketing. It aims to accelerate every step of the marketing lifecycle via a single unified workflow powered by embedded AI. According to a study by Forrester Consulting, a composite organisation saw a 370% return on investment (ROI), $9.84 million net present value (NPV) and $1.1 million in savings in increased developer productivity over three years by utilising Optimizely's DXP.

Securing the Gold Partner certification required Media.Monks to satisfy high sales, training, and certification requirements from Optimizely. This included participation in Optimizely Education training and certification of a minimum of seven Optimizely Certified Professionals. The certification recognises Media.Monks as a value-add seller of Optimizely's Digital Experience Platform, bringing established product expertise, proven competency, documented delivery expertise, and certified resources to mutual customers.

Ben Combe, MediaMonks Director of Optimisation and Personalisation APAC, emphasised the significance of experimentation in the digital space. Despite Optimizely's marketing technology, MediaMonks faces non-technology-related challenges in the market, including limited creative options for personalisation, insufficient insights for decision-making, and organisational structures that hamper marketing experimentation. However, MediaMonks addresses these hurdles through strategic consultation, cross-functional expertise, demonstrable results, and AI-driven analytics content.
