Beyond Key named one of India’s top mid-size workplaces for 2025

Beyond Key has been recognised as one of India's Great Mid-Size Workplaces 2025 by Great Place To Work India.

The company received the acknowledgement following a detailed assessment of its organisational culture, leadership approach, and employee experience. The certification, now in its eighth edition, is regarded as a measure of a company's commitment to fostering a workplace based on trust, inclusivity, and employee well-being.

Great Place To Work, which operates globally and draws from more than three decades of research, evaluates workplace culture using insights collected from over 100 million employees across 179 countries. Its methodology, known as For All, specifically measures the consistency with which all employees experience a high-trust environment, irrespective of their background or role in the organisation.

Companies featured on this list are considered to have demonstrated strong leadership, people-first values, and a culture that encourages employees to express themselves authentically and perform at their best.

Assessment and evaluation

Beyond Key distinguished itself during the evaluation process through transparent communication practices, professional growth opportunities, and policies intended to create an inclusive environment across all levels of the company.

The recognition as a Great Place To Work for six consecutive years, as well as the company's inclusion among the Top 25 Organisations for Building Culture and Innovation for All and Great Place for Millennials, reflects a sustained focus on employee engagement and development.
