S4 Capital's Monks partners with Hightouch in APAC region

S4 Capital's digital operation, known as Monks, has partnered with Hightouch to enhance its Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Hightouch, a composable data and AI platform for marketing and personalisation, has selected Monks as a certified reseller within APAC. This move is expected to improve access to Hightouch's technology and customer service across the region.

The partnership aims to strengthen Monks' offerings by enabling its clients to achieve more personalised marketing experiences using Hightouch's CDP and AI technologies. Monks, already well-established in the APAC market, aligns its data and marketing capabilities with Hightouch's technology to deliver better customer data management and decision-making processes.

Kashish Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of Hightouch, highlighted that companies in the APAC region are at the forefront of adopting composable CDP and AI solutions for marketing purposes. "Enterprises in the APAC region are setting the global pace in adopting composable CDP and AI agents for marketing," said Gupta. "Monks is the ideal partner to help Hightouch support the rapid deployment of these technologies in the region."

Challenges such as fragmented data sources, complex data pipelines, and difficulties extracting actionable insights are common hurdles for businesses aiming to become data-driven. Monks offers expertise in integrating, harmonising, and analysing data, setting a foundation for businesses to use Hightouch's solutions effectively.

Jakub Otrząsek, Senior Vice President of Data for APAC at Monks, explained the company's approach to tackling these data challenges. "Our team of data architects, analysts, and engineers offers services to solve this problem. Monks will work to integrate the entire data supply chain, breaking down these silos and enabling a wider, more holistic view of our client's data. Once data readiness and wide data is achieved, the Hightouch Composable platform can be applied to activate with their library of pre-built integrations and start to deliver AI-powered personalised experiences," Otrząsek stated.

The partnership between Monks and Hightouch reflects a broader effort to enhance data-driven marketing in the APAC region. By combining Monks' expertise in data integration with Hightouch's AI-powered CDP solutions, the collaboration aims to address common data challenges and improve business personalisation capabilities.
