OpenText has introduced Project Titanium X, powered by Cloud Editions 25.2 (CE 25.2), as an advanced Information Management platform.

This platform has been designed over two years and aims to advance Business Clouds, Business AI, and Business Technology. OpenText states that CE 25.2 will be instrumental in process automation and data security, as well as infusing AI capabilities into business operations to enhance productivity and growth.

The latest release focuses on a variety of cloud-based services. The Content Cloud introduces management solutions tailored for Guidewire, supporting the insurance processes' lifecycle with integration capabilities across several other platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365. This integration is purported to boost productivity by enabling digital workers access to a comprehensive, unified source of truth.

CE 25.2's Security Cloud offers a new AI-driven capability, OpenText Core Threat Detection & Response, to manage cybersecurity efforts. Integrated with Microsoft's security tools, this new feature enhances efficiency and detection in Security Operations Centres, reportedly increasing threat detection accuracy significantly.

The Business Network Cloud component introduces the Trading Grid Command Centre, which utilizes AI-driven analytics tools to bolster supply chain operations. This component allows easier identification of risks and opportunities in trading and supply chains, promising improved insights through conversation interfaces.

For IT operations, the Observability and Service Management Cloud module provides AI tools to address system issues and vulnerabilities efficiently. The release aims to automate critical threat management processes, facilitating enhanced prioritisation and remediation across multi-cloud environments.

Experience Cloud focuses on serving digital knowledge workers in customer support and related areas, utilising GenAI to quicken the delivery of content across multiple communication platforms. The DevOps Cloud further aids developers by accelerating Java development processes, automated testing, and code review streamlining.

"OpenText is pleased to announce the availability of Titanium X, now ready with Cloud Editions 25.2, our most comprehensive Information Management platform in the history of the company," stated Mark J. Barrenechea, OpenText CEO & CTO. "What excites me most is how this release empowers our customers to create limitless digital knowledge workers – AI agents that perform tasks and extend the capabilities of human teams.
