Kaseya 365 launch set to shake up IT management industry

Kaseya, known for IT management and cybersecurity software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs), has announced its new product, Kaseya 365. Unveiled at the Kaseya Connect Global conference, this innovative subscription service will significantly change the way MSPs operate to provide their services.

Kaseya 365 promises to make the management, security, backup, and automation of client environments simpler and cheaper, creating an instant increase in profitability for MSPs. "Kaseya 365 is a monumental game-changer – one that will flip the industry on its head," stated Kaseya's CEO, Fred Voccola. "Our MSPs will have a tremendous financial and operational advantage. Not only will their profits be 30-50% higher, but they will also no longer have to select technologies for their customers based on cost."

The Kaseya 365 service bundles a suite of tools for MSPs, including remote monitoring and management (RMM), antivirus protection, endpoint detection and response (EDR), managed detection and response (MDR), patch management, ransomware rollback, and endpoint backup. The service also includes 20 core automations that can help increase workflow efficiency while reducing errors.

Kevin Damghani, Founder and CEO of IT Partners+, welcomes Kaseya 365's convenience and cost savings. "The combined solution allows us to offer clients services they never would have dreamed of fitting into their budget," he said. Meanwhile, Michael Goldstein, President and CEO of Lan Infotech, believes Kaseya 365 "will dramatically increase profits overnight."

Tim Conkle, CEO and Founder of the 20 MSP, likewise praises Kaseya for its commitment to value and innovation. He lauds Kaseya as "one of the most commercially friendly companies to do business with."

Alongside the release of Kaseya 365, the company unveiled its 'Partner First Pledge'. This pledge focuses on improving the profitability of Kaseya's partners by providing greater flexibility. The five key initiatives in the pledge include multi-year agreements for all products, a FLEXSpend program for partners to switch between Kaseya's suite of options, a Catastrophic Client Loss Protection scheme, a Price Lock Guarantee, and the reintroduction of month-to-month contracts for Datto BCDR.
