Juniper announces winners of Future Digital Telco Awards

Juniper Research has announced the winners of the 2025 Future Digital Awards for Telco Innovation, showcasing leading companies across various categories.

Amdocs secured two awards, winning Platinum in the AI Innovation in Telco category for its amAIz Generative AI Platform and a Gold award for its End-to-End Service Orchestration in the Best Network Orchestration Solution in Telco category. RocketPhone was awarded Gold for AI Innovation in Telco.

Syniverse won the Platinum award for Billing & Charging Evolution with its Universal Commerce platform, while Comfone received Gold in the same category.

Tata Communications was acclaimed with a Platinum award for the Best Cellular IoT Initiative for its MOVE platform, whereas Wireless Logic won Gold with its Conexa initiative. Marco Bijvelds, Vice President & Head of Tata Communications MOVETM, stated, "We are honoured to be recognised by Juniper Research in the Best Cellular IoT Initiative category. Shush attained a Platinum accolade for Communications API Solution Innovation with its Sherlock platform, with Tata Communications' Customer Interaction Suite earning Gold.

Vantiva's Cobra 5G Xtream was awarded Platinum for Best Connectivity Solution for SMEs, and CypressTel's SD-WAN & SASE solution took the Gold spot.

Singtel's Paragon solution was recognised as the Best Network Orchestration Solution in Telco with a Platinum award.

Console Connect gained the Platinum prize for Network Virtualisation Innovation of the Year, while NFWare's CGNAT was awarded Gold.

In recognition of Sustainability in Telecommunications Innovation, Eridan's MIRACLE Module received a Platinum award, and Rakuten Symphony's Sauron eBPF secured Gold.

Epsilon Telecommunications was honoured with a Gold award in Telecoms Cloud Innovation for its Global Cloud Connectivity Portfolio, enhanced by the NaaS Platform Infiny. Warren Aw, Chief Commercial Officer, stated, "We are honoured to receive this recognition for our global cloud connectivity portfolio; powered by our NaaS platform, Infiny. Inderpal Singh Mumick, CEO of Dotgo, was acknowledged as a Mover & Shaker in Telco, and Telefónica Tech received recognition with a Judges' Choice award for Excellence in Telco Innovation.

The awards also highlighted enterprise telco innovations, such as BICS's WeChatBot winning Platinum in the AI Chatbot Innovation category, and Digital Virgo's DV PASS securing a Platinum award for Carrier Billing Solution Innovation.

Globe Teleservices earned Platinum in AGT/AIT Fraud Detection Innovation. Other notable winners include Route Mobile, Infobip, Tealium, Monty Mobile, and TNS, each winning in various subcategories, highlighting advancements across mobile messaging, security, and fraud prevention, among others.
